Sports Business Option
This option is available at Corvallis campus and via Ecampus within the following majors:
- Apparel Design
- Business Administration
- Business Analytics
- Design and Innovation Management
- Interior Design
- Product and Merchandising Management
The Sports Business option provides students with an understanding of the fundamentals of the business of sport, including sports finance, marketing, analytics and sponsorship. The program builds on core business knowledge acquired in business and design programs to which this option is attached, and prepares students for careers in sports-related organizations.

Upon successful completion of the program, students will meet the following learning outcomes:
- Recognize the challenges and issues within the sports industry.
- Develop and apply analytical skills to improve sports business decision making.
- Identify and interpret core financial practices and issues in the sports industry.
