Business Minor

The Business Minor allows students to attain a basic understanding of the fundamentals of business essential to any career path. Students will develop an understanding of the language of business that will enable them to comprehend and communicate financial information, organizational behavior, marketing and operations.

Upon successful completion of the program, students will be able to:
- Identify potential business opportunities and describe key factors that can affect their likelihood of success.
- Use leadership and team-work skills to collaboratively achieve shared goals.
- Analyze business situations using ethical reasoning and relevant global contexts to support informed and responsible decision-making.
- Use appropriate current and emerging quantitative and qualitative tools and methodologies to analyze organizational problems and support ethical data-informed business decision-making.
