The Biochemistry option is a Track-Two option in the BS chemistry degree program designed for students interested in continuing their chemistry education in graduate or professional schools or seeking careers directly in the biotechnology workforce. This option includes nine courses in biology, biochemistry including lab, and genetics and molecular biology with opportunities to explore minors in other areas.  A strong option for pre-pharmacy and other pre-health areas.
