Nutrition Research Graduate Option
This option is available within the Nutrition major at the following location:
- Corvallis
The MS in Nutrition Research is a graduate-level program that trains students in graduate level nutrition coursework and research to prepare them for further graduate education and/or a wide array of careers in Nutrition, including healthcare, industry, government, and academic positions. This program includes coursework and is focused on research. The final product of the program will be a research thesis.

Upon successful completion of the program, students will meet the following learning outcomes:
- Conduct research or produce some other form of creative work.
- Demonstrate mastery of subject material.
- Conduct scholarly or professional activities in an ethical manner.
- Communicate original research orally and in written form.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving related to nutrition.
