Advanced Dietetics Graduate Option
This option is available within the Nutrition major at the following location:

The MS in Nutrition, Advanced Dietetics option is a graduate-level program that prepares dietetics practitioners, including Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) and Nutrition and Dietetic Technicians, Registered (NDTR), to be leaders with advanced skills in diverse practice areas of food and nutrition. The program was created to reflect the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics philosophy that “Education is a dynamic and complex process that translates the theoretical and ideal into actual application and practice.” The program builds advanced skills in research and evaluation with coursework and a capstone tied to students’ professional development goals.
