Leading and Creating Change Graduate Certificate

The Leading and Creating Change Certificate will allow students to explore their personal leadership development, maximize their ability to flourish in communities, enhance professional skills, develop the ability to lead, create, and sustain change, and recognize the role of leadership in promoting, enhancing, and maintaining diversity, equity, and inclusion. Core courses will explore foundations of leadership, team structures, and how to lead, motivate, and empower others.
