Nutrition Minor
This program is available at the following location:

The nutrition minor is an excellent addition for students wanting a good foundation in basic nutritional principles. It pairs well with the Food Science & Sustainable Technologies and Kinesiology majors.
This minor will not prepare you to become a dietitian (RDs).

Upon successful completion of the program, students will meet the following learning outcome:
- Locate, interpret, evaluate and use evidence-based literature in critical thinking activities.
This minor requires 32 credits, including 19 credits at the upper-division level.
Students are strongly encouraged to consult an advisor to be sure that prerequisites are taken.
