Data Science in Economics Option
This option is available within the Economics major at the following locations:

As the economics profession becomes increasingly data driven, employers are increasingly in need of economics majors with skills in data science and data analytics. The Data Science in Economics option provides the necessary coursework in data science, data analysis, causal inference, coding, and data visualization and data management to develop the skills sought after in data science and data analytics career paths.
