Aerospace Studies Minor
This program is available at the following location:

The Department of Air Force Studies offers a minor open to any OSU student. Students gain a broad exposure to the concepts of aerospace power, leadership and management, and general military studies. A student cannot use a course for this minor that is being used for their major.

Upon successful completion of the program, students will meet the following learning outcomes:
- Comprehend and demonstrate the Air Force Core Values.
- Recognize concepts of air and space power employment, from an institutional, doctrinal, and historical perspective.
- Examine general aspects of the Department of the Air Force, leadership fundamentals, service benefits, and opportunities for officers.
- Identify selected roles of the military in society and current domestic and international issues affecting the military profession.
- Apply critical thinking to communicate basic elements of national security policy and process.
