The Adult and Higher Education graduate minor focuses on organization development and training, workforce development, and workplace development.

The Graduate School requires students wishing to obtain a minor in AHE find a member of the AHE faculty willing to serve on their graduate committee.

• Recognize structural conditions that serve to maintain/reproduce systemic inequities in higher education.

• Identify leadership practices that can make institutions more inclusive and equitable.
• Describe how institutions are governed and policies guiding the operation of institutions.

PhD
