Health Management and Policy Minor

The Health Management and Policy minor provides students with a background in public health, with an emphasis on the management of healthcare programs and agencies, including hospitals, medical clinics, health insurance plans, and public health organizations. It is ideal for students interested in learning more about the U.S. health care system, including Business, Pre-Medicine, Pre-Physical Therapy students.
Students pursuing a Public Health major cannot add a Health Management and Policy minor.

Students with this minor may not take any of the required courses listed below with S/U grading and must earn a grade of C- or better in all minor coursework and prerequisites, including the "any other H course" requirement. Students may, however, take additional public health courses not required for the minor with S/U grading.
