Description and Requirements

 
Prepares students for careers in human health, physical activity and fitness/wellness such as organizing, directing or managing physical fitness programs; personal trainer; fitness instructor; exercise physiologist; strength and fitness coach; and fitness entrepreneur. This microcredential can also serve as preparation for professional programs in physical education or some allied health fields (e.g., massage therapy, physical or occupational therapy, nursing or others) or other graduate education.
