SOC 416. CONDUCTING SOCIAL RESEARCH (4).
Reviews concepts and principles covered in SOC 415 with emphasis on actual experiences in using techniques of social research and gaining greater depth of knowledge and skill. Assignments involve practicing techniques used in various phases of the research process, including both qualitative field observation and computerized processing and analysis of quantitative information. Individual or group research projects will be required. (Writing Intensive Course)
