PH 512. ANALOG AND DIGITAL ELECTRONICS (3).

Circuit theory. Passive dc and ac circuits including filters, resonance, complex impedance and Fourier analysis. Operational amplifiers, gates and combinational logic. Semiconductor principles, diodes, transistors, BJTs and FETs. Multiplexing, flip-flops and sequential logic, 555 timer, registers and memory, DAC, ADC. PREREQS: PH 314* and PH 511
