Course H 220. INTRODUCTION TO EPIDEMIOLOGY AND HEALTH DATA ANALYSIS (3).

Introduction to the application of epidemiologic biometry and probability theory to the health sciences. Topics include quantitative analysis and inference, statistical and epidemiologic methodology, and quantitative study to evaluate and control health problems. Open to major or minor students in public health, or by instructor approval. PREREQS: MTH 105 or MTH 111 and /or higher mathematics.
