Course BA 469. STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT (4). Is WIC Core Course

Advanced integrative course on the role of top management that brings together functional areas of business and focuses on developing skills for formulating and implementing competitive strategies in both domestic and international contexts. Specific topics include setting corporate and business unit strategic goals, analysis of competitive environments, international strategy, and treatment of corporate ethics. Case studies are used to provide the basis for this integrative experience.
