Explore the issues facing a financial manager in new business ventures, small businesses, and corporations. Focus on the role of the financial manager in business settings, explores the functions of a financial manager in financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and control; asset and liability management; capital budgeting; and raising funds for new business ventures, small businesses, and corporations. PREREQS: ( (BA 213 or BA 215 or BA 215H) and (ECON 201 or ECON 201H or AREC 250) ) and a minimum grade of C- or better.
